SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
2023 Tentative Budget Discussion
Town of Ulysses
Oct. 25, 2022
The meeting was held in person at the Town Hall at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY as well as via Zoom
videoconference. Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the Town’s website and Clerk’s board.

CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Olson called the meeting to order at 6:01pm.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS
In person:
Supervisor- Katelin Olson
Board members- Michael Boggs, Roxanne Marino, Mary Bouchard
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Budget Officer/Second Deputy Supervisor- Michelle E. Wright
Bookkeeper- Blixy Taetsczh
Absent: Board member- Rich Goldman

APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
Motion:
Mr. Boggs moved to approve the agenda. This was seconded by Ms. Bouchard and passed
unanimously.
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: (3 minute limit)
(none).
2023 TENTATIVE BUDGET DISCUSSION:
Ms. Wright reviewed the most recent changes to the budget, including the following areas:
• A fund
• DA fund
o Applied for Curry Rd. culvert replacement planning grant & reserve additions in case
we do not get the grant and need to pay for replacement outright
o End of year projections
o Sales tax used as revenue

• DB fund
• SW1, 2, 3, 4

Ms. Marino made a motion to adjourn at 6:45pm. This was seconded by Ms. Bouchard and passed
unanimously.
