SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
Town of Ulysses
August 23, 2022
The meeting was held in person at the Town Hall at 10 Elm St., Trumansburg NY as well as via Zoom
videoconference. Notice of Town Board meetings are posted on the Town’s website and Clerk’s
board.
CALL TO ORDER:
Ms. Olson called the meeting to order at 6pm.
ATTENDANCE:
TOWN OFFICIALS
In person:
Supervisor- Katelin Olson
Board members- Michael Boggs, Roxanne Marino, Rich Goldman, Mary Bouchard
Town Clerk- Carissa Parlato
Attorney for the Town- Nathan VanWhy
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The board moved into Executive Session at 6pm and came out at 6:49pm.
RESOLUTION:
RESOLUTION# 130 OF 2022: CONCERNING APPEAL 803-1-2022
WHEREAS a complaint of sexual harassment was filed, an investigation conducted, a report
and determination made, and an appeal therefrom has been made to the Town Board, now
therefore be it
RESOLVED that the decision in Appeal 803-1-2022 is upheld because the investigation, report
and determination were not flawed, and were otherwise proper and supported by the
evidence.

ADJOURN
Mr. Goldman made a motion to adjourn at 6:56pm. This was seconded by Ms. Bouchard and passed
unanimously.
