Ithaca NY 15850 Brief Description of Proposed Action: Due to my loss of my beck and mentor resturant at 105 S, Fulton St Ithaca ( New owner did not renew my lease) I am in need of a prep kitchen to store and prep food for my concession business. I would like to use the property at 69 Layen Rd. for this purpose. I would be installing a 3 tray sink and a hand wash sink in the kitchen. A walk in cooler to provide enough refridgera#on for my business. Replacing some of the kitchen countertops with stainless steel tables. Charges may also be needed to the potable water and waste water systems to comply with the laws of the health department.
