I would like to purchase a 4 acre lot (subdivide)as defined on the enclosed area map ... .I am applying for this variance due to the land access is not on a year round maintained road ... The land is located approx 300 ft &om a cell tower that is located on a maintained roadway on Curtis Rd .... The lot dimensions (corner) will be approx. 15000 square ft x 11,615 square ft. My intended purpose for the land is to use it a few weekends a year for parking a small camper and my vehicle overnight without infringing on others property or roadways ... .I have already been doing this, with the owners permission, for the past 20 years .. .It would be nice to stay there without always having to ask, so the owner has agreed to sub divide the land, if possible. I have enclosed a copy of the land map with the 4 acre parcel shaded in .... Also, I have included a completed Development Review App along with a check for $75 as was requested . .
