sub division of land on a seasonal road.

Land would only be used when seasonal road could be accessed..I do not need a separate road
or entry point at any time....I use the land now only a few times a year weather pending so my
intention to want the subdivision is only to continue to use the land in case the owner ever sold the
property...This idea was suggested to me by the landowner herself, Debbie Friends....There is a
year round maintained road approx 300 ft from the subdivision that adjoins the seasonal access
road...There is a cell tower right next to this land so this road is maintained year round and adjoins
the seasonal road that i use....Because this maintained road is so close to the property and because
the land is used so little, i just dont need to have the land be on a year round maintained rd now or
in the future.... (although would be nice)
