Public Hearing

Present: Supervisor Elizabeth Thomas; Councilpersons Lucia Tyler, Nancy Zahler, David
Kerness, and Kevin Romer; Environmental Planner Darby Kiley; Town Clerk; Marsha Georgia;
Others Present: Larry and Jan Avery, Doris Houghton, Barbara Blanchard, Don Wilson, Warren
Brown, Mike Kamarck, Barbara and Carl West and Lawrence McCann.
Supervisor Thomas called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
Proof of publication was presented.
Environmental Planner Darby Kiley reviewed the proposed "ZONING LOCAL LAW #3
AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE XX — NON-CONFORMANCE".
Supervisor Thomas reviewed the procedures for the public hearing and asked if anyone wanted
to speak.
Hearing no comments or questions Ms. Thomas stated that the Town will take written comments
until 4 PM on November 4, 2013. The Board is scheduled to vote on the proposed Local Law at
their November 12, 2013 meeting.
Ms. Thomas moved, seconded by Ms. Zahler to close the public hearing. Unanimously
approved; public hearing closed at 7:01 PM.
