7:00 - Public Hearing - Planned Development Zoning Amendment Local Law
To hear all comments of interested persons related to considering adoption of Town of Danby Local Law
3 of 2017 “A Local Law to Amend Planned Development Zones in the Town of Danby, New York”
Planned Development Zone regulations are intended to provide for residential, commercial, industrial or
other land uses, or a mix thereof, in which economies of scale, creative architectural or planning concepts
and open space preservation may be achieved by a developer in furtherance of the Town’s Comprehensive
Plan and zoning ordinance. This Zoning Amendment is to Repeal and Replace zones as appropriate with
the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance.
