Present : Supervisor Elizabeth Thomas ; Councilpersons Lucia Tyler, Nancy Zahler, David
Kerness, and Kevin Romer; Environmental Planner Darby Kiley ; Town Clerk; Marsha Georgia;
and Attorney Marlette Geldenhuys .
Others Present: Doug Dahl, Cheryl Fletcher, Margaret Burlew, Nancy Cool , Nicholas Szabo,
Louise Terry, Larry and Jan Avery, Tim Fallon, George Brauhaus, Rod Hawkes, Joel
Podkaminer, Gail Flannery, Lawrence McCann, Diane Hillman and Free Press reporter Louis
DiPietro .
Ms . Thomas opened the Public Hearing at 6 : 45 PM on Local Law to amend Article XVI of the
Zoning Law to change Development District # 11 (the Miniature Golf Course) to Al -Agricultural
District.
Ms . Thomas gave some background as why this amendment came forward . No comments have
been received in writing prior to this hearing.
Proof of publication was provided.
Mr. Podkaminer asked for some explanation of the uses in the Al Zone .
Ms . Thomas said that at the Regular Town Board meeting following this hearing the Board will
review the SEQR application and may take action on the purposed local law.
Hearing no further comments Ms . Thomas closed the Public Hearing at 7 PM .
