TOWN BOARD MEETING
June 27, 2023
Present: Supervisor Jason Leifer, Cl Leonardo Vargas-Mendez, Cl
Christina Dravis
Absent: Cl Daniel Lamb, Cl Spring Buck
Elected Officials: Bambi L. Avery, Town Clerk
Other Town Staff: Amanda Anderson, Bookkeeper
Supv Leifer called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.
It was explained that the purpose of the meeting was to approve a payment outside of
the Abstract to Gleamon Technology for work done through June 24 on the Dryden Fiber
project. Subsequent billings will be submitted for payment at the monthly abstract approval.
The bill is in the amount of $15,455.18. Adam Monell of Gleamon Technology was present in
the event of any questions, and there were none.
RESOLUTION #117 (2023) – AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OUTSIDE OF THE ABSTRACT
Supv Leifer offered the following resolution and asked for its adoption:
RESOLVED, that this Town Board hereby authorizes a payment outside of the Abstract
to Gleamon Technology in the amount of $15,455.18.
