The meeting was called into session with the Pledge of Allegiance at 5:10 pm having been duly posted
in the Cortland Standard, the Town Hall, the Town Website as well as the Post Offices.
June 13, 2023 Minute approval was tabled as they were completed but not sent to the board for
review.
Review and actions to the Land Use and Development Code Drafts to section 366, 367, 442
The suggestions from the community committee were placed within the existing land use code where
necessary. The draft documents were presented and discussed. Major topics were setbacks, location
limitations and shared green energy goals with other agencies. Draft changes will be updated and
forwarded to the Town Board, Code Official and Town Attorney for continued further review.
There being no further business, Councilperson Gamel moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilperson
Clark, at 6:45 pm. Unanimous.
