the Southeast corner of lands conveyed by William S. Barnes by deed
dated December 27, 1968 and recorded in Liber 479 of Tompkins County
Deeds at Page 313; thence running North 240 05' 00" Fast, 25 feet to a
point in the northerly limit of Ellis Hollow Road; thence alenq the
easterly property line of lands now or formerly of Ridley, in a
Northeasterly direction on the arc of a circle with a radius of 2,821.2
feet, a distance of 339.83 feet to the southeasterly corner of premises
hereby conveyed; thence running North 63° 07' 00" West a distance of
173.55 feet along the Northerly boundary of lands of Ridley; thence
running North 260 53' 00" East, 10.00 feet to the lands now "or formerly
.of Purdy; thence runniny South 63° 07' 00" East, 174.29 feet along land
of Purdy to a point; thence running Southwesterly on the arc of a circl
with a radius of 2,821.24 feet, a distance of 11.556 feet to the point
and place of beginning. Being 1,739 square feet of land, more or less.
SUBJECT, HOWEVFR, to all easements, rights of way and matters
of record affecting the same; and RESERVING to the grantors herein,
their heirs and assigns, a right-of-way over, through, under and upon
the above-described premises in common with others.
Being a portion of the lands conveyed to the parties of the
first part by deed dated September 14, 1976 and recorded October 7,
1976 in the Tompkins. County Clerk's Office.
Being a portion of,Parcel No. 62-2-13, as shown on the Town of
Ithaca, Tompkins County Tax Map, and also beinq situate.between Parcel
No. 2_ and Parcel "N/F Ridley", as shown on a survey map prepared by
Weiler Associates, dated September 23, 1976, Job No. RE: 1224, a copy
of which was filed in the. Tompkins County Clerk's Office on October 7,
1976.
