Bush, dated May 24, 1887, recorded in Liber 131 of Deeds at Page 58. Said Sylvester H. Bush died on May 16, 1935 leaving a Last Will and Testament probated in the Tompkins County Surrogate's Court on June 24, 1935 (see Liber 461 of Deeds at Page 954), pursuant to Paragraph "FIRST of which will he devised to his son, Fred E. Bush, the said parcel con- veyed by David Manning to Sylvester H. Bush, as aforegaid. The parcel conveyed by this deed is a part of said parcel devised to Fred E. Bush, as aforesaid. Fred E. Bush died on September 28, 1962 leaving a Last Will and Testament probated in the Tompkins County Surrogate's Court on November 26, 1962, pursuant to which Letters Testamentary were issued to the undersigned, Robert E. Bush, as Executor, and said Letter are in full force and effect and have not been revoked. The children surviving Fred E. Bush were the above named Robert S. Bush, Louis E. Bush, Arlton R. Bush, and Ella W. Geel, and also Russell M. Bush who died on December 30, 1963, survived by his widow Jane C. Bush (now Jane Bush Horky) and his above named two children: David C. Bush and Rebecca A. Bush.
