Excepting and reserving those portions of Tudor Road
and Sharlene Road heretofore conveyed by Eastern Heights, Inc, to the
Town of Ithaca by deed dated October 3, 1969 and recorded in the
Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Book 48S of Deeds at page 51.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by Warranty Deed from Kings Lane Company dated April 7, 1975
The above described premises are conveyed to the Town of

Ithaca for highway purposes only.
Subject to the following insofar as they may effect the
above described premises:
f 1.-A right of way granted to New York Telephone Company foz
an easement dated June 6, 1967 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in
Liber 469 of Deeds at Page 454.
2. A right of way for an easement granted to New York State
Electric & Gas Corporation by instrument dated June 7, 1967 and record-
ed in said Clerk's Office in Liber 470 of Deeds at page 288.
} 3. A right of way for a gas pipe line easement granted to
I New York State Electric 6 Gas Corporation by instrument dated June 7,
1967 and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 470 of Deeds at page
