tion organized under the Education Law of the State of New York, having
its principal office and place of business at 555 Warren Road, Ithaca,
Tompkins County, New York,

principal office at 108 East Green Street, Ithaca, New York,

situate on Lot 89 in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the center
of Warren Road at the southwest corner of the premises conveyed to part
of the first part by Cornell University by deed dated January 7, 1969
and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office in Liber 479 of Deeds
at page 456, and running thence south 89031'30" east 50.09 feet to an
iron pipe: thence continuing on said course and along a fence and hedge
629,14 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing on said course 505.46
feet to an iron pipe in the southeast corner of the premises conveyed
to party of the first part by deed aforesaid; thence along a west line
of premises of Cornell University north 0021'30" west 18.96 feet to an
iron pipe; thence north 89042'30" west 170.57 feet to a corner fence
post; thence along an existing chain link fence: north 89°42'30" west
334.63 feet to an iron pipe, north 89° 42' 30" west 374.27 feet to an
259.82 feet
anchor fence post, south 89059' west/,to a fence post; thence north 890
31'30" west (at 20.32 feet passing through an end fence Dost) 51.76

It is the intention to describe and convey a strip of land
as shown on a survey map thereof entitled "Map of Survey 'NORTHEAST
WALKWAY' to be conveyed to the Town of Ithaca...", dated October 14,
1974, prepared by R. L. MacDowe 11, Jr., L.S. , a copy of which was filed
in Tompkins County Clerk's Office on October 71, 1975.
Being part of the same premises conveyed to Board of
Cooperative Educational Services for the Sole Supervisory District
of Tompkins, Seneca and Tioga Counties by Cornell University by deed
above stated and being also part of the same premises conveyed to said
Board by Dormitory Authority of the State of New York by deed dated
August 5, 1975 and recorded in Tompkins County Clerk's Office on
October 7, 1975.
This conveyance was authorized by the voters of said Board at
a meeting on May 24, 1974, and by Resolution of the members of said
Board duly adopted on the 4th day of December, 1974.
