Scheffler, Supervisor Crystal Young, Councilperson Richard Gamel, Councilperson Brian Klumpp, Councilperson Sheldon C. Clark, Councilperson Robin Cargian, Town Clerk The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance at 7:30pm The purpose of the Special Meeting was for the Town Clerk to present the 2023 Fiscal Year Tentative Budget to the Town Board. Meeting notice was read having been posted in the Cortland Standard and on the Town Website with the affidavit on file. Supervisor Scheffler asked the Board if they had any questions or comments on the budget. No one did. RESOLUTION #22‐066 ‐ APPROVE 2023 FISCAL YEAR TENTATIVE BUDGET MOVED by Councilperson Gamel, seconded by Councilperson Klumpp RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves the 2023 Fiscal Year Tentative Budget as presented, and be it further RESOLVED, that the Tentative Budget now becomes the 2023 Fiscal Year Preliminary Budget. Ayes – Klumpp, Clark, Gamel, Scheffler Nays - Resolution Passed There being no further business the motion to adjourn at 7:40pm was made by Councilperson Gamel, seconded by Klumpp. Unanimous.
