JONES and the other owners of property who have executed this deed and t whose names are met forth below, parties of the first part, and THE TOM OF ITHACA, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of New York, having its offices at 108 East - Green Street, Ithaca, New York, party of the second part WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, lawful money of the United States, a receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, for purposes of public highways or streets ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, being a strip of land 50 feet in width, known as Hopkins Place, and running from the west line of Campbell Avenue easterly to the west line of New York State Route 96, which 50 foot strip of land is more particu- larly described in the .annexed Schedule A and shown on the map referred to in said Schedule. ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND sitaute in the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of N-w York, being the 60 foot strip of land known as Campbell Avenue and running northerly from the north line of Brookfield Road which is the north line of the City of Ithaca, to the south line of Hopkins Place, and being more particularly describe in the annexed Schedule A and shown on the map referred to in the annexed Schedule. TOGETHER with the appurtances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises. Rte. 96, in Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, N.Y., made by John A.- Dougherty, L.S. 36171, on October 2, 1973' a copy of which is filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office. HOPKINS PL71C8 k ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE in'the Town of Ithaca, County of Tompkins and State of New York, being the east- erly portion of Hopkins Place as more particularly shown and described in the aforesaid survey map, the intention being to des i tribe that portion of Hopkins Place which is conveyed by this instrument as it is more particularly shown on the said map.
