There is included in this conveyance such portions of said lands as may have been previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca for road purposes. The southerly portion thereof (most of which has been previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca for road purposes) is known as Black stone Avenue. The circular portion of the said road is known as St. Catherine's Circle, and this includes also the northerly extension as shown on said map which runs from the northerly portion of said St. Catherine's Circle, northerly, to Christopher Lane (or Christopher Circle Extension as shown on said map) , which was previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca.
