Dougherty,under date of April 7, 1908, last amended May , 16, 19709 approved by the Tompkins County Health Department May 18, 1970.-and by the Town of Ithaca planning Board May 19, 1970, a copy of which was filed in Tompkins County C1erk's'Office April 12,,1971. .The premises hereby conveyed constitute the . northerly extension of Woodgate Lane, which road in its entirety is to be known as WOODGATE LANE. The conveyed premises are a part of the premises conveyed to the Grantor and his wife, Vera C. Drew, by deed of'LaMont Fish, dated December 1, 1927, and recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber 213 of Deeds at Page 222. Vera C. Drew , died August 17, 1967, leaving the Grantor as sole surviving Tenant by the Entirety.
