ONE BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the north line of Indian Creek Road at a point 25.01 feet north 0° 04' east from the southeast corner of premises conveyed to Harold Paulson and Letha A. Elaine Paulson by deed of the Executors of the Estate of Grover C. Eggleston dated April 29, 1960, and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office May 2, 1960, in Liber 427 of Deeds at page 417 [said point of beginning also being 409.5 feet west from the east boundary of the former Eggleston premises (275/367)1; running thence easterly along said north street line 100.20 feet (in original deed described as 102 feet) to an iron pipe set in the westerly line of lands of Robert Wrisley (457/911); running thence south 0° 19' west along Wrisley's west line 25.01 feet to the center of the Indian Creek Road; running thence westerly along the center of said road 100.20 feet to a pointopposit the point of beginning; running thence north 00 04' east along the easterly line of Paulson, 25.01 feet to the place of beginning; being the southerly 25.01 feet, wholly within the road line of Lot No. 5, conveyed to the Grantors by deed of Grover C. Eggleston and wife dated August 19, 1953, and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office August 24, 1953, in Liber 361 of Deeds at page 40. Said premises are referred to on the map, hereinafter referred to, as Parcel "A". PARCEL NO. TWO BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the north line of the Indian Creek Road at point 25.01 feet north of the southeast corner of premises of Robert Wrisley (457/ 911) [said point of beginning also being 205.67 feet west from the east boundary" of the former Eggleston premises (275/367)]; running thence northerly along the'_ t easterly line of premises of Robert Wrisley (457/911) 175 feet to a pipe marking the northeasterly corner thereof; continuing thence north on the northerly extension of the Wrisley line and along the easterly line .of remaining lands of'the Grantors 118fR 483 FAA4 i0): `1 ItBER 4S3 275 feet to an iron pipe; running thence west 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence north 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence east 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence north 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence east 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence south 100 feet to an iron pipe marking the northwest corner of premises conveyed by the Grantors to John G. and Nancy I. Gould (Y7/ /8 3 Y ); continuing thence south along the westerly line of said Gould 225 feet to the southwest corner of Gould; continuing thence south along the westerly E line of remaining premises of the Grantorslat 224.99 feet passing through an,,, iron pipe in the northerly line of the Indian Creek Road, a total distance of 250 feet to the center line of said road; running thence south 880 17' west along the center line of the Indian Creek Road 50.02 feet to a point opposite an iron pipe; x. running thence north 25.01 feet to the point or place of beginning. The conveyed premises comprise the westerly 50 feet of Lot No. 7 conveyed to Lillian I. Mann, one of the Grantors, by deed of Letha Elaine Paulson dated October 31, 1961,-and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's.Office in Liber 439 of Deeds at page 444, and by the said Lillian I. Mann conveyed to herself and husband (the Grantors) by deed dated September 8, 1965, and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office September 15,. 1965, in Liber 458 of Deeds at page 1041, together with a spur (turn around) 50 feet square near the northerly portion of said 50-foot strip which is a part of the premises conveyed to the Grantors by deed of Robert Wrisley and wife, dated July 151 1965, and recorded in;the Tompkins County Clerk's Office July 27, 1965, in Liber 457 of Deeds at page 914. The conveyed premises are designated on the map hereinafter referred to as "Parcel B - Proposed Road to be Conveyed to Town of Ithaca." j c For a more particular description of the conveyed premises reference is = made to a "Plat of Proposed Development of Lands Owned by Carl L. &Lillian I. g Mann" made by R. L. McDowell, Jr., L. L. S., dated August 8, 1967, a copy of which t is being concurrently filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office. 3 Subject to*the existing and public rights in the conveyed premises com- prising the highway known as Indian Creek Road and all.rights of way for utility : service of record. This conveyance is for ROAD PURPOSES only. • Theniishereby expressly reserved to the Grantors and to John G. and Nancy I. Gould a well located in or near the easterly line of Parcel Number Two hereinabove conveyed.
