W ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca and being a
u part of Military Lot No. 40 in said town,more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center line of the Indian Creek Road at the
< southeast corner of premises conveyed to Harold Paulson and Letha A. Blaine Paulson
be deed of the Executors of the Estate of Grover C. Eggleston dated April 29, 1960,
and recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office May 2, 1960 in Liber 427 of Deeds
at page 417 [said point also being the center line of the present easterly terminus
of Indian Creek Road and is 409.49 feet (in previous deeds referred to as 408 feet)
west from the east boundary of the former Eggleston premises (275/367)1;running`
thence South 88° 17' East along the center line of the Indian Creek Road (easterly r
extension as now laid out) and along the southerly line of a 25.01 foot strip of
land being concurrently conveyed by Carl L. Mann and wife and Robert J Wrisley and
wife to the Grantee for ROAD PURPOSES, 253.81 feet to a point, running thence South
25.0 feet to a point; running thence North 88° 17' West parallel with the first
course and 25 feet southerly therefrom, 253.81 feet to a point; running thence North
0° 04' East, 25.0 feet to the place of beginning. ,
The conveyed premises comprise the southerly 25 feet of the easterly exten-
sion of Indian Creek Road, and are conveyed for ROAD PURPOSES only.
For a more particular description of the conveyed premises reference is made
to a "Plat of Proposed Development of Lands Owned by Carl L. and Lillian I., Mann",
made by R.L. MacDowell, Jr., L.L.S., dated.August 8, 1967, a.copy.of which is being ;
concurrently filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office. „
This conveyance is made pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Supervisors
I of the County of Tompkins, numbered 52 and adopted February 24, 1969, ;

consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the
