Tompkins, State of New York, being part of Military Lot#97 in said Town and
more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning�at a point in the

center line of Coddington Road at the southeast corner of premises con a ed to
Ronald E. Prouty and Kathryn D. Prouty by Deed dated October 1968 �'saw
point being 375 feet southeasterly from the intersection of the center lines of
Coddington Road and Rich Road; thence southwesterly along the south line of the
said Prouty premises and passing through an iron pipe set 40 feet from the center
line of the said highway for a total distance of 225 feet to an iron pipe at the south-
west corner of said Prouty premises; thence southeasterly parallel to the center
*' line of the Coddington Road, 150 feet to an iron pipe; thence northeasterly on a
course parallel to the first course herein and passing through an iron pipe set 40
feet from the center line of the Coddington Road for a total distance of 225 feet to
the center line of the said Coddington Road; thence northwesterly along the center
line of the Coddington Road 150 feet to the point and place of beginning.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed by Gertrude Lamb to the
grantors by Deed dated February 21, 1949, recorded in the Tompkins County
