(1) The parcel to be known as Brandywine Road, being 60 feet in width, and more particularly shown on the "Final Plan Otto B. Schoenfel - Williamsburg Park Subdivision 3 Simsbury Drive Development Village of { Cayuga Heights-Town-of Ithaca" made by Thomas G. Miller, Engineer and v Surveyor, under date of December 7, 1967, and finalized August 12, 1968, a copy of which is filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office concurrently herewith. Said road runs southerly from Winthrop Drive 1 previously conveyed to the Town of Ithaca (See deed recorded in Liber 458 of Deeds at page 977) and begins at the intersection of the south } line ofWinthrop Drive and the west line of Lot 20 shown on the "Sub- division of 15.9 acre tract on Winthrop Drive, made by Carl Crandall, C.B. dated December 15, B 64, as amended and &sled September 29, 1965 ? r in Book F-5 of Maps, page 91 and ruts south 7 18' West along the west line of Lots 80-84 as shown on said subdivision 3 Map, 655 feet, more t or less to an iron pipe in the north line of a proposed road to be know f as Christopher Circle Extension, said north line being also the south line of Lot 89 and the north line of the Arthur Price sub-divisio ; thence west along said line 60 feet to an iron pipet thence north (alo 's a line 60 feet west and parallel from the east line of this parcel and' along the east lines of Lot 79, 79, 71, as shown on said sub-division 3 map, at about 375 feet crossing the south line of Simsbury. Drive, and at about 435 feet crossing the north line of Simsbury Drive, and f continuing along the east line of Lots 59 and 58 to south line of Winthrop Drive= and thence east along the south 3[ne of Winthrop Drive i 60 feet to the place of beginning. Schoenfeld p[ by Emily F.-Cornell Stagg by deed recorded in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office December 29, 1948 in Book 316 of Deeds at page 480. 2) There is also hereby conveyed in fee a path ten feet in width running southerly from Simsbury Drive to the sub-division known as Texas Lane Extension, next west of the east side of Lot #61 all as shown on the Sub-division 3 map hereinabove referred to. (3) The parcel to be known as Simsbury Drive in the Town of Ithaca, being 60 feet in width and more particularly shown on the map first hereinabove referred to.
