THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in the Town o Ithaca, County of
Tompkins and State of New York, being shown as "Bi chwood Drive" on
map of Carl Crandall, C.E. dated April 80 1967, am nded May 16, 1967,
and filed in the Tompkins County Clerk's Office Oc ober 10, 1967.
The southerly line of said Birchwood Drive commene s in the east line
of* Salem Drive, about 378 feet north from the nort , line of Hanshaw
€ Road, and said Birchwood Drive is 50 feet wide and extends a total
distance of about 94$ feet to the ncr theast corner of Lot 70, as
shown on said map. , The corners of Birchwood Drive at its intersection
with Salem Drive.and Pinewood Place are rounded on a curve with a
radius of 15 feet.
ALSO ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situate in te Town of Ithaca,
County of Tompkins and State of New York, being sh wn on the above
described map of Carl Crandall, C.E. as "Pinewoodlace" and de-
scribed as follows: COMMENCING in the north line f Birchwood Drive
at the intersection formed by the projection to th south of the west
line of Lot 72, as shown on said map, and the prof ction to the west
of the south line of said Lot 72) being the north ine of Birchwood
Drive; running thence north about 220 feet to the northwest corner
of Lot 73 as shown on said map; thence westerly t the northeast
corner of Lot 56 on said map; thence.south along he east line of
Lot 56 and 62 about 210 feet to the north line of irchwood Drive;
thence east along the north line of Birchwood Driv to.the place of
beginning. Said road is 50 feet wide.
The comer where Pinewood Place intersects with Birchwood Drive shall
be rounded with a radius on the curve of 15 feet.
This conveyance is made for highway purposes.

follows: Beginning at an iron pipe in east lire of Salem Drive
located 200 feet north from Hanshaw Road at the southwest corner of
of the lot marked "Already Developed" on said map;' thence north 163
feet along the east nine of Salem Drive to +an iron pipe; thence on t'
a curve td the right having a. radius of;15 feet to an iron pipe,(the
point of beginning) located 105 feet Nest along th south line of
Birchwood Drive from the iron pipe at thehortheast corner of Lot 63. _
