At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Groton held in and for the Town of Groton at the Town Hall on the 10''
day of May 2021, the following members being present: Donald Scheffler, Supervisor; Sheldon Clark, Councilperson; Crystal
Young, Councilperson; Brian Klumpp, Councilperson; and Richard Gamel, Councilperson; the following resolution was duly
made by motion of Supervisor Scheffler, seconded by Councilperson Gamel, and the roll call vote was as follows:
