BUDGET WORKSHOP
OCTOBER 29, 2008
PRESENT : Supervisor Douglas Austic ; Council David Kerness, Elizabeth Thomas and
Lucia Tyler; Rod Ferrentino, absent; Town Clerk Marsha L. Georgia.
Others Present: Roxanne Marino
Supervisor Austic called the meeting to order at 7 : 00 PM to continue with the review of
the 2009 Budget.
Supervisor Austic provided a new copy of the working 2009 budget with the changes that
were previously made by the Board at the other Budget Workshops.
The following changes were made at tonight ' s meeting :
General Fund Appropriations
Mr. Austic reviewed all the changes that he had made from the previous meetings .
A1010.4 Town Board CE changed to $6600
A3510.4 Dog Control changed to $ 8300
The Board continued review of the rest of the the budget and no additional changes were
made .
Mr. Kerness moved, seconded by Ms . Tyler the following :
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses move the
Tentative Budget to the Preliminary Budget for 2009 and the Public Hearing for
the 2009 Budget will be advertised for November 6, 2008 at 7 PM.

Adopted
Hearing no further business Ms . Tyler moved, seconded by Ms . Thomas the following:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses adjourn the
meeting.

Ms. Thomas aye
Ms. Tyler aye
Adopted and the meeting was adjourned at 8 : 35 PM.
