LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF THE YEAR 2002
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NUMBER 10 OF THE YEAR 1994
TO SET FEES FOR COPIES OF THE PROPOSED REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE
AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1. Town of Ithaca Local Law Number 10 of the year 1994 entitled “A LOCAL
LAW ESTABLISHING AND/OR AMENDING TOWN CLERK, BUILDING, ZONING,
ENGINEERING, PERMITS, AND OTHER FEES AND REPEALING THE PROVISIONS OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AND OTHER LOCAL LAWS RELATED THERETO” adopted to be
effective January 1, 1995, be amended by adding to subdivision (b) entitled “Copies of certain
documents” of Section 2 the following sub-sub-sections reading as follows:
“(xi) Proposed Year 2001/2002 Draft Revised Zoning Ordinance in whatever
version available at the time of the request for a copy $10.00
(xii) Maps related to the Draft Revised Zoning Ordinance (per map) $1.50
(xiii) Package of all seven of the maps related to the Draft Revised Zoning
Ordinance $5.00
(xiv) Executive Summary of Draft Revised Zoning Ordinance $1.00
(xv) Package of Draft Revised Zoning Ordinance, seven related maps, and
Executive Summary $15.00”
Section 2. This Local Law shall be effective immediately.
