LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2000
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING TOWN OF ITHACA LOCAL LAW NO. 4 FOR
THE YEAR 1984 DELETING THE OWNER OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS FOR
CERTAIN HOUSES IN SAPSUCKER WOODS SET FORTH IN SAID LOCAL LAW
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1. Local Law No. 4 for the year 1984 which amended the Zoning Ordinance of the
Town of Ithaca, is itself amended by deleting in its entirety Section 7 of said Local Law which
section is entitled “OWNER OCCUPANCY”.
Section 2. If any provision of this law is found invalid by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any other provisions of this local law which shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect two days after its publication as require by law.
