Responses become part of the application for approval or funding, are subject to public review, and may be subject to further verification. Complete Part 1 based on information currently available. If additional research or investigation would be needed to fully respond to any item, please answer as thoroughly as possible based on current information; indicate whether missing information does not exist, or is not reasonably available to the sponsor; and, when possible, generally describe work or studies which would be necessary to update or fully develop that information. Applicants/sponsors must complete all items in Sections A & B. In Sections C, D & E, most items contain an initial question that must be answered either "Yes" or "No". Name of Action or Project: Cortland Commerce Center, LLC Project Location (describe, and attach a general location map): Manufacturing Facility Brief Description of Proposed Action (include purpose or need): The project site is on a portion of the former Smith -Corona typewriter facility located on NYS Route 13. The existing site is approximately 48 acres. The existing site contains a 525,000+/- square foot building, driveways, parking lots, electrical infrastructure, water and fire protection infrastructure and undeveloped land. The project site is located on the undeveloped land located at the northwest portion of the site and is approximately 16 acres in size. Construction will consist of one (1) 38,000 square footmanufacturing building, four (4) 30,000 sf manufacturing buildings and one (1) 20,000 sf manufacturing building with associated parking, driveways, loading docks, sanitary and water utilities, and stormwater facilities. The entire buildout of the facility will take several years to accomplish and some of the buildings may change in size to suit future tenants needs.
