LOCAL LAW NO. 20 OF THE YEAR 2009
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING FEE PROVISIONS IN CHAPTER 173, TITLED
"LIGHTING, OUTDOOR", OF THE TOWN OF ITHACA CODE TO PROVIDE
FOR THE SETTING OF VARIANCE APPLICATION FEES BY TOWN BOARD
RESOLUTION
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 173 (Lighting, Outdoor) of the Town of Ithaca Code, Section
173-18, titled "Appeals and variances," is amended by deleting subsection B(3) and
replacing it with the following:
"B(3) The applicant shall pay the Town the same fee as that set from
time to time by Town Board resolution for appeals to the Zoning
Board of Appeals for variances."
Section 2. In the event that any portion of this law is declared invalid by a court
of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portions shall not be affected by
such declaration of invalidity.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect on January 1, 2010.
