I. A new Section 45-a of the Town of Ithaca Zoning Ordinance
shall be added as follows:
Section 45-a. Site Plan Approvals. No building permit
shall be issued for a building within a Light Industrial
District unless the proposed structure is in accordance
with a site plan approved pursuant to the provisions of
Article IX.
II. A new Section 50-a of the Town of Ithaca Zoning Ordinance
shall be added as follows:

shall be issued for a building within an Industrial
District unless the proposed structure is in accordance
with a site plan approved pursuant to the provisions of
Article IX.
