Section 1. Pursuant to the authority and provisions of
:Su ivision 4 of Section 458-a of the heal Property Tax
Law of the State of New York, the Town of Ithaca hereby
elects that no exemption from Real Property `fax, shall be
granted pursuant to such Section 458-a for the purposes
of Peal Property Taxes levied for the Town of Ithaca.
Section 2. This Local Law shall take effect immediately
upon i: ing in the office of the Secretary of State.
