1. Local Law #2 of the year 1965 regulating excavations within
Town streets and highways as adopted by the Town Board on
July 12, 1965 be and the same hereby is amended in
Section 2, Subdivision (4) by changing the amount "$100,00"
to "$300.00".
2. This law shall take effect twenty days after its adoption
or upon the date it is filed in the Office of the Secretary
of State of the State of New York, whichever is later.
