The Town of Ithaca Ordinance regulating unsafe buildings and collapsed
structures adopted July 7, 1960, effective August 7, 1970, as the same
.may have been subsequently amended, is amended as follows:.
1. The reference in the first paragraph, last sentence is changed
from "New York State Building Construct lon Code" to •"New York State
Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code."
2. This local law shall take effect upon its filing with the
Secretary of State or twenty days after its adoption, whichever is
later.
