The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ithaca as readopted, amended
and revised effective February 26, 1968 and subsequently amended, .
be further amended as follows:
I. The zoning MOR dated July 1, 1954, as atrended to date, is
hereby farther amended by rezoning the lands described on
'Schedule A in—rporated into this local law from Multiple
Residence District to Residence District R-9.
2. This last sha:La take effect 20 days after its or upon
the date. it is filed in the.Office of the Secre of State
of the State of New York, whichever is.later.

DISTRICT TO R-9 ON DANBY ROAD
ALL THAT TRACT OR PAROL OF LAND situate in the Town of Ithaca,
To pki.ns County, State of New York, more particularly described as
fQ11OWs: BEING tax parcels No. 6-43-1-7, 6-43-1-8, 6--43-1-9, and
6--4. -1-10 as shown on the Town of Ithaca tax map No. 43 as in
effect on 3anuary 1, 1987, it being the intention to describe a
strip of four adjacent parcels on the east side of Danby Road with
an approximate depth of 1.50 feet from the highway right of way line
and a length of approximately 589 feet along the highway right of
way line.
