The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ithaca as readopted,
amended and revised effective February 26, 1968, and thereafter
further amended, and in particular further amended by Local.
Law No. 1 of the year 1987, be further amended as follows: .
1. Section II, Subdivision (b) of Local Law No. 1 of the
year 1987 is amended to read as follows:
"(b) Business offices or professional offices, such as
medical offices and laboratories (subject to the further
provisions stated herein) ;
2. This law shall take effect 20 days after its adoption or
the date it is filed in the .Office of the Secretary of
State of the State of New York, whichever is later.
