Local Law No. 6 for the year 1986, adopted December 8, 1996, is hereby amended by adding a new sentence to paragraph 1 thereof so that paragraph 1, in its entirety, shall read as follows: "1. Effective January 1, 1987, there is hereby imposed a sewer rent payable by all users connected to the Town-wide sewer system at the rate of $.77 per 100 cubic feet of water corisumed.
