SWrION 1. Local Law No. 2 for the year 1976, adopted August 23,
1979, as subsequently amendcsd and as restated by Local Law No. 16 for
the year 1987, is further amended by deleting the last sentence of the
final paragraph of said local law acid inserting instead the following:
"The surcharge shall be 22% of the water rate charge, of which
15% is for repairs and maintenance of water lines dnd 7% for the
repair and maintenance of the sewer lines."
SBCrION 2. This local law with the increased surcharges shall became
effective ive January 1, 1990.
