LOCAL .LAW NO. 16 OF THE YEAR 1992
A LOCAL LAWAMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 12 OF THE YEAR . 1992 RELATING TO
FEES CHARGED. FOR, CERTAIN LICENSES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES .
Be it enacted by the Town of the Town of Ithaca as follows:
Section 1 . PURPOSE. The purposes of this local law is to
revise certain fees charged by the Town Clerk for pure bred dog
. licenses and for permits issued pursuant to the Town of Ithaca` s
noise ordinance.
Section 2. Amendments. Local Law No. . 12 of the Year 1992 is
hereby amended as follows:
1 . Section 2, Subdivision.- (e) relating to purebred licenses
is amended to read as follows:
(e ) Purebred licenses $40.00 for ten or
fewer
registered purebred
dogs, $70.00 for
more than 10 but .not
more than 25
registered purebred
dogs, and $125.00
for more than 25
registered purebred
dogs.

2 . Section 4 is amended by adding a new subdivision (c)
reading as follows:
(c) Permits under the Town' s
noise ordinance $25.00
Section 3. Invalidity. If any provision of this law is held
invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction such invalidity shall
not affect any other provisions of this local law.
Section 4. Effective date. This law shall take effect on
August 1, 1992.

strike out that which is not applicable.)
