LOCAL LAW NO..'14 FOR THE-YEAR 1992
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE TOWN OF ITHACA ZONING ORDINANCE TO MAKE.TECHNICAL
AMENDMENTS TO CLARIFY CROSS *REFERENCES AND TO COMPLY WITH STATE LAW TIME
LIMITS.
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Ithaca as readapted,amended
and revised,effective February 26 1968*and thereafter further amended,be.further
amended as follows:
1. Article III, Section 4, :Subdivision .4, introductory .paragraph,` second
sentence, is amended to read as follows:
"Sale of farm and nursery. products shall be subjectto the provisions of
Section 4, Subdivision.8:"
2. Article V, Section 18, Subdivision 4 introductory paragraph, second
sentence, is amended to read as follows:
"Sale of farm and nursery products shall be subject to the provisions of
Section 18, Subdivision 7."
3. Article IX, Section 46,'.S.ubdivision 2, last two sentences are amended to
delete the references to "30 days", and insert instead in each instance a reference.
to "45 days".
4. Article IX, Section 46-A, Subdivision 2, last two sentences, are amended by
deleting the.reference to "thirty (30) days" and inserting instead " forty-five (45)
.days" in both sentences.
Section 2. In the event that any portion of this local law is.declared invalid by
a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining portion shall not be
affected by such declaration of invalidity.
Section 3. This law shall take effect upon its publication as required by law.
