Draft Mission Statement for North Street Development Task Force
An intermunicipal task force between the Town of Dryden and the Village of Dryden examining issues
surrounding the development of the North Street corridor encompassing the concept-level site
development plan from the Cornell University Design Connect team. The North Street Corridor is an
area north of Freeville Rd (Rt. 38) and North Street (Rt. 13) intersection north to the Bahar Drive
intersection. Some of the issues provided in the CU development plan which we will be examining are
pedestrian infrastructure, community amenities, and future development.
