PRESENT : Supervisor Douglas Austic ; Council Mr. David Kerness, Elizabeth Thomas
and Lucia Tyler; Town Clerk Marsha L. Georgia; Deputy Supervisor Richard Coogan.
Others Present : John & Martha Ullberg, Geoffrey Hart, Geraldine Keil, Bob Howarth,
Jeff McDonald of NYS Parks, Marty Petrovic, Village Major, Christopher Thomas,
Village Trustee, Stephen Maybee and Liz Cameron of Tompkins County Health
Department, Chris Nill, Eric Pond of Barton & Loguidice and a conference call with
Mike Montysco and Dave Phillips of NYS Health Department Brian of EFC Judy and
Del Legal Counselors .
