Discussion
• Identifying early obstacles
• Aspects to get done
o Sidewalks along Rt 13, both west side and possibly east side – go after grants
o Crosswalks – perhaps near Bright Day Laundromat
o Trail from Tc#
o Reduce speed limit – Mike will contact NYSDOT
o Lucente is close to signing
o Explore DOT lot on Enterprise – emphasize senior housing, write letter to NYSDOT
o asking them to give land to the Village for development
o Problem area of North Street and Rt. 13 intersection – Lucente is doing traffic study
o Community Center
• Town of Dryden Plans
o CDBG for the Rt 13, Freeville Rd corner up to Dollar Store
o Sidewalk grant and commit to 20% match for west side of North St
