A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 250 OF THE T4WN OF ITHACA
CODE, TITLED "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC," BY ADDING A STOP SIGN AT THE
HQMESTEAD ROADlFIOMESTEAD CIRCLE INTERSECTIQN
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town af Ithaca as foilows:
Section l. Pursuant ta New York Vehicie and Traffic Law § 1660, New Yark
Town Law § 130, and New Yark Municipal Home Ru1e Law § 10(2}, Chapter 250 of the
Tawn of Ithaca Code is hereby amended as follows:
Schedule A at the end af Chapter 250, which Schedule is designated as "250
Attachment �," entitled "Stop Intersections" and referred to in § 250-18 of said
Chapter, is amended by adding to the list in Schedule A the foilowing entry:
"On Homestead Road at Homestead Circle, eastbound appraach"
Section 2. In the event that any portion af this law is declared invalid by a caurt
of competent jurisdiction, the vaiidity of the remaining portions sha11 not be affected by
such deciaration of invalidity.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect immediately upon its �ling with the
New York Secretary of State.
