Chair activates alternate Brad Will Public Comment (for items not on the agenda) None Approval of Minutes – April 27, 2023 A motion was made by Member Kiefer to approve the Planning Board Minutes of 4-27-23, as submitted. Second: L. Wagenet All in favor- Yes The Board discussed the Billboard Amendment RESOLUTION 2023-#6 to support the Billboard Amendment to the Town Board with the following recommendations. To reconsider Monument Style Billboards, review the International Dark-Sky Association guidance, add a map scale, show the 500’ intersection separations with approximate length, and not repeat the DOT’s requirements. Burger the proposed sewer extension on Hanshaw Road. C. Anderson discussed supporting the Recreation fields behind the Town Highway and the Town Hall. Planning Dept. update from R. Burger • Hoy Field update, there will be no night games, lighting for security only, and their traffic study recommended not putting in a driveway on Game Farm Road. And no public access to the fields as they need to be protected for the collegiate games. • There will be a Caswell Rd. solar meeting, date to be announced. Tony, Brad and John volunteer to attend the meeting. • A couple of projects up for review are a 6-dwelling unit on a single lot -will need SPR. And on Hanshaw Rd, a contractor yard will need to amend their SUP. • Getting back to you about having personal email addresses like the TB has, it was decided that the set up costs were not worth it. Town Board update from D. Lamb • TB did appoint a new member Spring Buck to the Board, and she also will serve on the Conservation Board, she takes Loren’s place as he is now the Deputy Town Clerk. • We are really working hard on the Broad Band Project Next PB meeting is 6/22/23 ADJOURNMENT to Attorney client session to have a question and answer session with the Town Attorney.
