1.Interaction with the ToD Boards
a.Board meeting report for June - Nikki - attended virtually with some tech issues that are
now resolved with a wifi booster.
b.Next up to attend:
i.Aug 18 2022 - Elly on Zoom
ii.Sept 15 2022 - XX
iii.Oct 13 2022 - XX
2.Local energy suppliers
a.Still need to set up time to orient Nikki to SIREN. Nikki’s travel schedule will be better
after this week.
3.Disaster preparedness information dissemination - elly has more info to give Nikki for the TC
Emergency Preparedness Fair. She will drop off on her porch this week.
4.Shelters spreadsheet and map. See email attachments. List of questions to the board.
a.Share info with board
b.Outstanding questions
i.Who determines when we need a shelter and use the HS for example? FEMA,
Red Cross, County, Town Supervisor, Village?
ii.What other efforts or info exists regarding shelters at the town level?
iii.Who should we talk to at the town level about this info?
c.Any other efforts at the town level?
5.Coordinate with other agencies (RC, TC)
a.TC Emergency Preparedness Fair - Sept 10th at the mall. Nikki is tabling.
6.FEMA CERT program
a.Nikki will try to connect with Christina Dravis again.
