Special Town Board Meeting
November 1 , 2007
Present: Supervisor Douglas Austic ; Town Council Roxanne Marino , Don Ellis, Rod
Ferrentino and Lucia Tyler; Town Clerk Marsha L . Georgia; Deputy Supervisor Richard
Coogan .
The meeting was called to order at 8 : 40 am .
The Board reviewed and discussed the 2008 Budget with suggestions that Ms . Marino
had prepared. The Board made minor changes as follows :

Ms . Marino also had worked on the summary for the 2008 Budget to help people
understand things better. This summary will be placed on the web page along with the
2008 Budget .
Ms . Marino moved, seconded by Ms . Tyler the following:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses moves the 2008
Tentative Budget to Preliminary and set the public hearing for November 7 , 2007
at 7PM .

SEAR FOR ZONING LAW
Mr. Austic moved, seconded by Mr. Ellis the following :
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Ulysses set a public
hearing for November 13 , 2007 at 7 PM to review SEQR for the Town ' s Zoning
Law .

Hearing no further business Mr. Ellis moved, seconded by Mr. Austic to adjourn the
meeting. Unanimously approved and meeting adjourned at 9 : 35 am .
