Meeting Notes
Summary:
The following items were discussed during the Broadband Committee Meeting held on 05 February 2021.
1. Currently getting through the Dig Safe requests
2.We are planning to build to the STN Closure located at the Cornell campus
3.Sam put together a preliminary rough draft of the business flow chart - We will plan to follow-up
on this structure in the next week or so.
a.Customer Portal
b.Management Portal
c.Report Generation - through billing API
d.Call Center
e.Look at how Sam’s draft lines up with the chart that we already created
f.Have we accounted for the Middleware that Sam is calling out?
g.Follow up meeting with Sam and Karl?
4.Much better to utilize a billing service that will redirect our billing to a portal.
5.Telecom focused billing systems may be better suited for our project.
6.Schedule update
a.Slightly behind on RFPs
b.Finalize items for the mailer and email campaign
c.Begin collecting Phase 1 Construction Estimates
