Tony Salerno chaired the meeting because John Kiefer’s internet connection was off and he could
only participate by telephone.
Acting Chair Tony Salerno called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

1622 Dryden Rd - First Light Fiber Shelter
SUP Review for the Town Board Review of the Project
1. The project should provide for a shared curb cut on Rt 13 for the Vet Clinic, Dog
Daycare, the Fiber Shelter and the overall Bellisario property.
• Shared curb cuts are required for orderly development of the Rt 13
corridor.
• The Bellisario storage yard did not receive site plan review and its
dedicated curb cut is temporary.
• Although not discussed at the meeting, the developer and Town Board
were given the attached sketch (prepared by Craig) when the Dog Daycare
project was in review.
2. The access gate and parking area should be on the north side of the Shelter
3. The 50’ set back requirement applies to the site fence.
4. HVAC equipment, the generator, the fuel tank (if above ground), outdoor
electrical equipment such as meters, panel boards, disconnect switches, transfer
switch, should all be on the north side of the Shelter.
5. Generator testing should be during normal work hours.
6. We recommend a flat black chain link fence and neutral grey color for the
building.

SUP Review for the Town Board Review of the Project
1. FEAF Page 6 According to Attachment 5 to the FEAF the stated CO2 emissions
is a 30% increase over the current amount of CO2 released by the project. The
applicant should explain the increase.
2. FEAF Page 7 The statement that there will be no methane emissions seems
incorrect. The application states that methane emission will be reduced. The
applicant should provide an estimate of leakage. If significant, the project
should be required to have methane leakage detection/alarm equipment.
3. The applicant should detail the remediation plan for the wetlands area referenced
as being disturbed in the documents.
