PRESENT : Chairman George Tselekis , BZA Members Barbara Bristow, Andy Glasner,
Carl Mann, Zoning Typist Robin Carlisle Peck
Excused : Gerald VanOrden
Chairman George Tselekis called the meeting and a duly advertised public hearing to
order at 7 : 35 pm . He stated they were meeting to hear the application of Jose Torrado to
build a garage and breezeway. The application was denied by Mr. Rachun due to 15 feet
sideyard setback not being met.
Mr. Tselekis noted there were no detailed maps/figures in the information provided
tonight nor is there an applicant present to provide details . He asked the other members of
the Board if they would like to adjourn for a week or deny the application.
Mr. Mann made the MOTION, seconded by Ms . Bristow to adjourn the meeting until
May 23 `d , 2007 . He would like a request be made to the applicant to provide a map with
details at that meeting.
The vote was unanimous for adjourning the meeting until May 23rd , 2007 .
Mr. Tselekis presented the minutes of November 15 , 2006 .
Mr. Mann made the MOTION to approve the minutes of 11 / 15/06 , Mr. Glasner
seconded, All in favor MINUTES Approved
