Inspection revealed the park to be complying and in good condition with more than 90% of the violations noted at the original October 28" inspection. I am confident the owners, CNY MHPS, LLC, will continue to work to provide compliance with any existing and new violations that arise. I would recommend that the Board does grant the renewal of application permit, pw•suant to the Local Town Law, Section 151-10.
